Blended courses are a combination of self-paced online learning and instructor led skills training. The online portion can take up to 2 hours and the in-person skills session up to 2.5 hours. Online portion must be completed before you can attend the skills portion of any blended course.
Instructor led courses, are a minimum of 3.5 hours in person. This may adjust slightly due to breaks, class size, etc.
LifeNowCPR can help with general questions, however, the online portion of blended learning courses are provided by the American Red Cross or AHA. CPR Training: Covers adult, child, and infant CPR, AED use, and choking response.
First Aid Training: Focuses on medical emergencies such as bleeding, injuries, or sudden illness.
BLS (Basic Life Support): Designed for healthcare providers and first responders, with advanced scenarios, team-based response, and opioid overdose training.
